What is the ACHORD Architecture Diagnostic?
An enterprise architecture assessment of 10 business days. We review your current systems, processes and data across seven architecture layers: Integration, Process, Data, Intelligence, Experience, Governance and Foundation. You learn what your architecture requires, and what it does not, before you invest in a new ERP or enterprise system.
How long does it take and how is it priced?
It takes 10 business days. Scope and price are fixed. If there is a fit after the first conversation, you receive a written proposal with the fixed scope and the fixed price before any work starts.
What do we receive at the end?
Five deliverables: a current-state architecture topology, a system friction and data ownership matrix, a 7-layer architecture gap analysis, a target architecture blueprint, and a 90-day execution roadmap.
Which systems do you work with?
SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce and custom applications. We design how these systems exchange data, reconcile it and hand off decisions. ERP and CRM integration is a central part of this work.
Do we have to replace our ERP or buy new software?
No. ACHORD does not replace the systems you already paid for. The Diagnostic shows which projects, applications and integrations your architecture needs, and which it does not.

If you continue, we run an On-Site Engineering Sprint of 3 to 6 weeks and build the first working solution with your team. Then comes Handoff & Team Enablement: you get full ownership of the code and the knowledge, with no lock-in.
