Handoff & Team Enablement (Ongoing, by agreement)
You own everything we build: code, schemas and pipelines move to your IT team. We train your engineers on the new system until they can run and change it without us.

We review your live systems in a structured way. The CTO leads the review of your ERP, CRM and custom databases to find hidden bottlenecks, undocumented batch jobs and places where data is copied or lost.
You do not get a long slide deck. You get a one-page target architecture and a measured list of interface delays. Your leadership can use it at once to decide what to fix first.
